Rick Scrivner
Rick Scrivner, Managing Broker for Advanced Auction & Real Estate Solutions, was born and raised in OKC. After serving 25 years for the OKC Fire Department he retired as a Lieutenant in 2013. Rick started his auction career on the advice of mentor Eddy Haynes by attending the Professional Ringman’s Institute in November of 2012, followed by the Kentucky Auction Academy in January 2013. Since then, Rick has been on a fast rise in the industry. In 2014, he obtained his Oklahoma Real Estate License; then the following year furthered that by Attending the Texas Auction Academy which allowed Rick to get his Auctioneer’s License in Texas and Arkansas. In 2016, AAS was launched, and in 2018 Rick obtained his real estate broker’s license. Rick holds the prestigious AARE Designation (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) from the National Auctioneers Association. He served on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma State Auctioneer Association for two terms and served as an Ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association for two years. Rick has sold personal property, equipment, farm machinery, real estate ranging from small homes and acreages to executive homes and large ranches all over the Midwest.

Travis Hargis
Travis Hargis, although born in Parker, Arizona, moved to Guthrie, Oklahoma at a young age. He graduated high school from Choctaw and went on to work in the oil field. Fast forward to 2007 when Travis attended World Wide College of Auctioneering. Travis competed and won the Rookie Reserve Champion Bid Caller in 2008. By 2011, he was a top 10 finalist in the OSAA bid calling competition. He has experience in selling farm and ranch equipment, antiques and estates. He also auctioneers a number of fundraisers all over the state of Oklahoma. Travis holds his Real Estate License in Oklahoma. He resides in Oklahoma City with his wife, where they attend Revival for Christ Family Cathedral.
Dustin Focht
Dustin Focht was born an Oklahoma State Cowboy. Raised in Stillwater, he grew up on his family’s ranch and farm. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at OSU. Dustin found his start in the auction world from his grandfather, Andy Focht, who owned and operated; Andrew A Focht Auction Co., from 1946-1980. They sold purebred livestock and real and personal property from coast to coast. He started auctioneering in 1998 under the tutelage of 1974 World Champion, Ralph Wade. Dustin is the 2013 Livestock Marketing Association World Champion Auctioneer. Dustin feels blessed to sell purebred and commercial livestock, as well as real and personal property across the country. He is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in Oklahoma. He resides in Stafford, Kansas with his loving wife and three beautiful daughters.
Delaney Freeman
Delaney Freeman was born in Yukon, OK. She grew up in Tuttle, OK active in FFA and playing basketball. After graduation she went to Oral Robert’s University on a basketball scholarship but suffered a career ending hip injury. She moved on to Oklahoma State to pursue a degree in Strategic Communication. There she found a passion for writing and graphic design. Her husband Michael also attended Oklahoma State playing baseball and now plays in the Astros organization. Because of that they bounce around the country playing baseball until the off season where they reside in the Oklahoma City area.
